Events Update – July 15, 2026

Welcome to the 2026 SRC Reunion!

(July 30 – August 3, 2026)

This schedule will be updated as additional activities and details are finalized. Please check back periodically before the reunion and visit the SRC Service Course Tent throughout the weekend for the latest updates.

Thursday, July 30, 2026 – Transfer Day

Some attendees will arrive on Thursday. Take time to settle into your lodging, get your bike ready for the weekend, and reconnect with friends who may have arrived early.

You may also want to stop by Tilly's Pies for a delicious slice of pie, meet up with teammates who have arrived early, and be sure to say hello to Trudi.

Friday, July 31, 2026

SRC Reunion check-in begins at 10:00 AM on Friday and will continue throughout the day. The SRC Reunion staff will be ready to welcome you to the SRC Service Course Tent located behind Tilly's Pies: (See the Cable map below for parking options.)

SRC Service Course Tent Checking in

  • Pick up your name tag at the SRC Service Course Tent.

  • Locate and check in at your accommodation if you have not already done so.

  • Get your bike ready for the weekend, if you brought one, or you can rent a bike at one of the bike rental links listed below.

  • Light mechanical support will be available at the SRC Service Course Tent throughout the day.

  • Meet up with friends and former teammates as they arrive at Tilly’s Pies and/or our Service Course Tent.

Michael's Cycles Reunion T-Shirts Pickup

  • Pick up the T-shirts you previously ordered at the SRC Service Course Tent.

    • Short Sleeve: $20.00

    • Long Sleeve: $25.00

    • Cash & Venmo are accepted.

Please Note: A limited number of extra T-shirts may be available for purchase. Availability will be posted at the SRC Service Course Tent.

Once you've checked in, enjoy the day your way. Choose from mountain biking, road riding, hiking, walking, exploring the Cable area, or simply relaxing and reconnecting with old friends and teammates. Pick your own adventure!

SRC Reunion Activities (Morning & Afternoon)

  • Informal rides, hikes, and area explorations will take place throughout the day.

  • Visit the SRC Service Course Tent for updates on activities and opportunities to reconnect with teammates and friends.

Please Note: Lunch: is not provided on Friday; however, there are many dining options in and around Cable.

Friday Evening – An Evening with Jimmy Mac

Join us for an evening filled with stories, memories, laughter, and SRC history as Jimmy Mac serves as our Master of Ceremonies.

    • Please have dinner before attending the event as there is no regular food services

Saturday August 1, 2026

The day's activities and any additional rides or gatherings will be posted at the SRC Service Course Tent behind Tilly's Pies.

  • Road Bike Ride: 10:00 AM

    • Approximately 26 miles with options for those who want to ride further.

    • Ride Leader: Tommy Matush. Thank you, Tommy!

  • Mountain Bike Ride:

    • Afternoon (time will be posted at the SRC Service Course Tent)

  • Other Events:

    • TBD will be posted at SRC Service Course Tent

Saturday Evening – The Big Team Dinner

Join us for an evening of presentations, great food, and fellowship at the Seeley Sawmill Saloon.
